5. Payments

Payments for services rendered are due as outlined in the contract. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by HI State law. Handyman Pete reserves the right to suspend work or terminate the contract if payments are not made in accordance with the agreed terms.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the contract. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the specific terms of the contract and HI State laws.

7. Permits and Regulations

Handyman Pete will obtain necessary permits as required by HI State law for the contracted work. The client is responsible for ensuring that the work complies with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Handyman Pete is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the specific project in question.

9. Warranties

Handyman Pete provides a one year warranty on labor and workmanship from the date of project completion. Any materials used will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by factors outside of our control.
